Bettabets is run by Bettagaming Mpumalanga (Pty) Ltd under Mpumalanga licence 9-2-1-09303, issued on 26 October 2020, as its footer states. Its own FAQ says the welcome offer applies to Lucky Numbers and sports, not casino games, which differs from the 100% match and 50 free spins that Casino.org described. The terms set a R300 minimum and R3,000 daily limit on cash send withdrawals, a 24-hour processing target and a six-month dormancy rule.

We read Bettabets' own promotions, contact, direct deposit, FAQ and full terms and conditions pages on 10 October 2026 through a South African connection. Casino.org's review, read on 9 October 2026, described a different, casino-linked welcome offer, so we treat its bonus figures as unconfirmed. We have not opened an account, deposited or withdrawn.
Bettabets' footer reads: Bettagaming Mpumalanga (Pty) Ltd trading as Bettabets, registration number 2011/123025/07, licence number 9-2-1-09303, licence issue date 26 October 2020, licensed by the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator, with a registered address at 28 Fricker Road, Illovo, Gauteng. The menu offers Betta Numbers (Lucky Numbers), Betta Sports, Aviator, SkyPilot, Vegas Games, Vegas Tables, Betgames, Virtual Games, Lucky #1, Keno and Winner's Wheel. Casino.org describes the casino at over 2,100 games, which we could not confirm.
Bettabets' FAQ is blunt: the bonus offer is only applicable on Betta Numbers (Lucky Numbers) and sports. To use it on Lucky Numbers the minimum odd is 1.01, and on sport the minimum odd is 1.7, and you choose the bonus at the bet slip. That means the welcome offer is not a casino bonus on Bettabets' own site.
Casino.org described a 100% match up to R5,000 with 50 free spins on Big Bass Splash, 8x wagering and a R10,000 maximum cashout. We could not find that on Bettabets' pages, so ask support whether a casino version exists before you rely on those figures.
The promotions page lists, among others, 130,000 free spins to be won, a drop of 250,000 Pragmatic Play free spins, a share of R3 million in a leaderboard, weekly cashback of up to 10%, over 100 AGT lucky spins this October, Gates of Olympus 2500 with a share of R20 million, a R550,000 prize pool, and R90,000 in tech and grocery vouchers. The Drops and Wins promotion adds weekly wheel drops. Terms for each are on its own page.
Bettabets lists direct deposits into an FNB account held by the operator, with your cellphone number as the reference, and the terms say direct EFT deposits are credited once the amount has cleared and you must provide proof of deposit. Casino.org lists ten methods, including Ozow, vouchers, Walletdoc, Zapper and cards, which we could not confirm on the pages we read.
On withdrawals, the terms give clear numbers for cash send options. Standard Bank Instant Money and FNB eWallet withdrawals carry a minimum request of R300, a daily pay-out limit of R3,000 and a monthly limit of R25,000, applied together across all cash send options, and multiple requests may be consolidated into one payment. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the request but depend on your bank, and they are paid only to the valid South African cell phone number linked to your account. EFT withdrawals go to a South African bank account and are requested through a support ticket with confirmation of your banking details.
The FAQ explains how to upload FICA documents under User info and Verification, with your bank details, and says documents are reviewed within 24 hours. You can also email them or share them through live chat.
Your account is considered dormant if it has no activity for six months, where activity means a deposit, withdrawal or bet. The terms list using a VPN or other software to circumvent geographic restrictions among the grounds for action against an account, and say you can ask for temporary or permanent exclusion at any time.
The contact page lists phone numbers 0861 238 822 and 0877 252 631 and four email addresses for FICA, deposits, support and general enquiries, plus a chat window. Hours are not stated. Casino.org reports waits of up to an hour on email and phone.
We did not find an app on the pages we read, and Casino.org says there is no native app but the mobile site works on iPhone and Android.
The footer states the operator, registration number, licence number and issue date shown above, and links to the Mpumalanga Economic Regulator and the National Gambling Board. That is a bookmaker licence. No licence exists in South Africa for online casino games, so any casino sits in a grey area. See our casino methodology page.
The footer links to a responsible gambling page and a self-exclusion application, and the terms allow temporary or permanent exclusion on request. The National Responsible Gambling Programme helpline is 0800 006 008, with WhatsApp help on 076 675 0710. We did not find deposit limits or reality checks described.
Bettabets is clear about who it is and strict about how its cash send payouts work. For casino play, treat Casino.org's welcome figures with caution because Bettabets' own FAQ ties its welcome offer to Lucky Numbers and sport. Ask support what casino offers are live, plan around the R3,000 daily limit on eWallet-style withdrawals, and send your FICA documents early.
